About Jon

Photography is a passion for me. I am interested in all aspects but my main interests are portrait work and macro shots. I am fairly new to the SLR scene and I am really learning as I go. I did recently attend a 2 day professional photography course in London. This was a great help, as this gave me the basic undertanding of how an SLR works. Ideally as a career I would love to take studio portrait shots. I am a long way of this yet, but if anyone reading this has any suggestions or how to get started. Please pass onto me. I am looking into gaining qualification's in order for me to set up my own business. I hope over time my shots will improve. I appreciate any comments that are left, as the only way I can learn is from experience and knowledge. I hope you enjoy looking through my photos.

Photography Equipment

Canon EOS 350D, 18-55mm Lens, Sigma 105mm Macro Lens, Canon 75-300mm Zoom lens, Sigma Flashgun, extension tubes and Tripod.

The sofware that I mainly use is Photoshop Elements 6 and Paint Shop Pro.
