The Look

This was taken at a 2 day professional photography course in London. I took this shot on the second day when we got to do some studio work. I am very pleased with the result, I added a gradiant blur and I also brought out the detail to the edges. The models name by the way is Juliet. Thank you very much Juliet, for posing for me. There will be some more to follow.

You did a great job Jon, difficult I think this studio work but you had a great model. Love the softness and the composition. Could it be you missed a spot with the blurfilter just beneath the hairline in her neck? The texture of her skin looks a bit different there.

@Steve: Thanks for your comment Steve, I am really pleased with the result with this one. I will hopefully be doing another course but this time just studio work. Got the bug for it now :-)

Interesting portrait, love the effect of the blur, but I would've liked to see the focal point being her eye, with the earring slightly out of focus!

Mind if I hassle you for some of the details of the course, price, organiser etc??

A smooth image, fine posture. I prefer this one to the next / Une image douce aux couleurs chaudes, assez sensuelle en fait; Lapose non conventionnelle du modèle donne un air de spontanéité appréciable. Très réussi
